The dumpster trash pick up times but not be on a close enough schedule because every week there is a trash pile up that spills into the parking lot and is not only an eye sore but leaves a smell in the area where we park for our unit. I am not the only one that has complained about noise either but nothing seems to get done. The kitchen has not so updated appliances but are black in color which is nice. Neighbors are polite.
